My passion is helping as many people as possible reach their retirement goals. Not enough Americans are on track to retire on a meaningful income and enjoy their golden years. Since 1998 I have been helping business owners and executive teams design and provide retirement plans that produce better outcomes for their employees, while helping them increase employee production, reduce costs, and have a better overall working environment. And with our SmartMap team, we help reduce financial stress on the employees, helping them feel more confident about their entire financial situation. When I’m not helping people reach their financial goals, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughters, watching them compete at softball and dance. I also love to get out and play golf, hunt, fish, and volunteer with several non-profit organizations in the Greater Houston area.
