MEET Tony
With more than 20 years of experience in the retirement plan industry, Tony Sacco, CRPS®, CPFA®, advises employers on the design and management of effective retirement plans. He works with organizations to evaluate and enhance their 401(k) programs through thoughtful plan design, consulting, fiduciary governance support, and investment oversight.
Tony works closely with business owners, CFOs, and HR leaders to ensure retirement plans are not only compliant but also aligned with broader organizational goals. His approach combines data-driven insights with hands-on consulting to help clients evaluate strategies designed to support plan effectiveness and participant engagement.
Focused on delivering practical value, Tony helps plan sponsors implement best practices that help improve efficiency, manage fiduciary risk, and position their retirement programs as a meaningful benefit for attracting and retaining talent.
Tony holds the CERTIFIED RETIREMENT PLANS SPECIALIST (CRPS®) and CERTIFIED PLAN FIDUCIARY ADVISOR (CPFA®) designations, along with FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from the University of Iowa and is a member of the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA).
Tony lives in the Houston area with his wife, Amy, and their two daughters, Mary and Anna. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, traveling, fishing, golf, fitness, and supporting his family’s many interests and activities. He is also a dedicated fan of University of Iowa athletics.
