Roger has over 25 years experience working with various types of retirement plans. He works closely with plan sponsors to help achieve efficient plan design, fiduciary compliance, investment selection and to help implement effective employee communications aimed towards positive outcomes. Roger also provides individual wealth management and insurance services.

Roger is a graduate of California State University, Los Angeles, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance. He holds his series 63, 65 and 7 registrations.

Roger is happily married to his best friend, Lupe. They are raising three wonderful teens, Brianna, Mark and Michael.
