Michael is an entrepreneur with a background in Finance. He has spent over two decades focused on two distinct segments of the organization: First, providing strategic and operational oversight of the Firm’s growth and risk-mitigation programs. Second, serving as a 3(21) and 3(38) Co-Fiduciary Investment Advisor to large private and public corporate Pension, 401(k) and 403(b) retirement plans.Michael attended Villanova University where he pursued his B.S. in Finance in 1994. He is a currently FINRA Series 7 and Series 65 registered professional and is a Charter Member of Business Leaders Network.Michael currently resides in Malvern, PA with his wife Christine and their two children. He’s a golf nut and has been playing drums in various Jazz, Funk and Rock bands since the age of 14.
