Jim Holly has over forty-six years experience in the financial services and benefits industry with primary focus in the corporate benefit trust and retirement plan markets and corporate benefit trusts. Jim oversees the retirement plan consulting practice based in Laguna Niguel, California.Since 1975, clients turn to Jim for the design and implementation of defined contribution plans, defined benefit, executive and non-qualified deferred compensation plans 409(a) plans for small, mid-size businesses. Over his career, Jim has worked as an advisor or wholesaler on over 2,500 plans. A few companies that Jim assisted with their plans were BCBG Maxazria, Vizio, USA Distributor for UGGs, Duckhorn Winery,Jim has a degree in economics from the University of California Los Angeles. He has been a featured guest speaker across California. Jim has been a trainer for over 800 financial advisors. He is happily married, has a daughter and two grandsons. His interests including hiking – Mt Whitney, Grand Canyon, Half Dome. Jim is an avid history and military history buff.
